Summary:

Shannon started an OT private practice so she could do her job “in a way that I felt really good about top to bottom, start to finish.” When starting out on her own, she leaned on the good relationships she had with providers in the community to refer clients to her when they believe it would be a truly good fit for all. She continues to intentionally foster the relationships with co-workers all the way back to her first OT job.
